Mr. Jitendra Kumar is dalit activist and working as Block coordinator, Koilwar, Bhojpur, Bihar under Poorest area civil society (PACS,DFID,UK) program implemented by DASHRA in 11 villages. He is expert in community mobilisation and facilitation to the community as well as advocacy with grass root stakeholders for dalits, women, children empowerment.
